Frequently asked questions

From the home screen, tap the create action to start a new invoice. Add your business details, select or create a client, enter line items with quantities and rates, then save. You can export or share the invoice as a PDF when ready.

When you are signed in, your invoices and business records are stored on our secure servers under your account. You can access them when you sign in on a supported device with an internet connection.

Yes. Open a saved invoice and use the share or export action to generate a professional PDF. You can send it by email, messaging apps, or save it to your device. Some templates and branding options may require a premium subscription.

Go to Settings and open your business profile or logo settings. Upload your logo image; supported PDF templates will include it on exported invoices. When you are signed in, your logo is stored with your account on our servers.

Yes. AUN Bizznes supports GST-compliant invoicing for Indian businesses, including configurable tax rates and invoice fields appropriate for intra-state, inter-state, and non-GST scenarios where applicable in the app.

You must sign in to use AUN Bizznes. Sign in with Google, Apple, or email (where available). Your account links your business data to our servers so you can access it when you use the app on a supported device.

New accounts may receive a free trial period with access to premium features. After the trial, you can subscribe through your app store to continue premium access. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed by the store (Google Play or Apple App Store) according to their policies.

If you uninstall the app, you will need to reinstall and sign in again to access your account data on our servers. Export important invoices as PDFs if you want copies outside the Services.

Open our Delete account page to schedule deletion with a 15-day grace period (you can cancel by signing in during that time). You can also start from Settings → Delete account in the app. See our Privacy Policy for data retention details.

Confirm you have a stable internet connection, update to the latest app version, and retry. For email sign-in, check spam for your verification or OTP message. If the issue persists, email us with your device model, OS version, app version, and a short description of the error.
